Overview

Reporting to the NeoDirect Team Leader this role is responsible for:

 

  • Achieving in year financial targets (as set out via financial plan).
  • Account Manage their base (portfolio) of existing Neopost customer set (renewals and upgrades).
  • Provide a first class customer experience.
  • Advocate and practice efficient data handling.
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvement which result in financial gain/customer experience.

Responsibilities


The key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Contacting existing customers that are due for renewal of contract in order to identify their needs and provide a solution.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts in order to build a strong relationship with the customers and increase sales revenue.
  • Achieving targets across a range of traditional call centre / sales KPIs.
  • Positively influencing customer decision making by fact finding against their needs and recommending a matching solution.
  • Managing a pipeline of accounts- moving each customer through various stages in the sales cycle. i.e. 1st Contact, Offer Made, Paperwork Sent, Contract Won, etc.
  • Forecasting revenues / orders from your individual pipeline (as above).
  • Ensure all post sales activity runs smoothly encouraging great customer care and repeat business. 
  • Ensure all administration is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the customer database (Seibel) is kept up to date and current at all times.
  • Adhoc duties / campaigns as and when required.

Qualifications

Essential

  • A good understanding of the sales process (Identifying needs, Probing questions, closing the sale, etc.) – This will preferably be in a telesales environment, although not essential. 
  • Experience of managing accounts and growing, existing customers, revenue stream.
  • A great track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience of meeting set KPI’s (Key performance indicators) 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages (excel, word, outlook, etc.)

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar company / industry.
