We are looking to recruit a temporary team of staff who will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls in order to resolve customer queries in relation to Tariff Changes by the Royal Mail.
If you have an excellent telephone manner paired with some good customer service experience, then we need you so please get in touch. No previous experience in a similar role is required.
Salary: £8.50 per hour (paid monthly via our payroll), able to start on the 26th February 2018.
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary (2-week contract, although potential to the extended)
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
