We now have an opportunity for a Telesales Executive to work with an existing customer base and maximise revenue, while delivering high standards of customer care. You’ll take a proactive approach to managing a sales pipeline, and be confident forecasting results on a regular basis. You’ll also be keen to spot commercial opportunities and introduce clients to other services that we offer. You’ll invest your efforts in establishing an excellent relationship with your customers and ensuring that Neopost remains their first choice supplier for their correspondence and communication requirements.
It’s a role that demands previous experience of B2B telesales, and you should be an individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, in writing and on the phone, will be key to success. You should be able to manage your own workload, so a well-organised approach and attention to detail is important. Commercially astute, you’ll understand the dynamics of cost vs sales prices, and be able to pitch the right cost to secure a deal at a profitable margin. A good negotiator, you should be persuasive and able to convert opportunities into sales, while still maintaining a positive and professional customer relationship.
