Neopost helps organisations communicate better. Whether it’s paper based or digital, we offer innovative technological solutions that help our customers present themselves professionally, manage their communications more efficiently and reduce costs. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction levels and are committed to being the market leader in our sector.

As Customer Experience Advisor in our Onboarding/Installation Support team, you’ll ensure that the software and hardware our customers purchase delivers a ‘best in class’ performance experience. From booking appointments to liaising with engineers and suppliers with regards to installation, spare parts, and digital onboarding, you’ll help the process run smoothly and seamlessly.

Happy customers are retained customers and your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that Neopost is their first port of call for digital services, software packages and equipment. Key to your success will be your personable nature and willingness to listen to what customers need; it’s likely that you’ll have honed these skills in a similarly fast-paced and evolving telephone environment. Resourceful, adaptable and willing to learn, you’ll be confident in using your initiative when dealing with customers. Good teamworking ability is also required.

Neopost offers a wide range of benefits including:

    • 23 days holiday, plus a day off for your birthday (with an option to buy/sell days)
    • Season ticket loan
    • Pension scheme
    • Child-care vouchers
