In this consultative, solution-selling role you’ll provide the hardware, software and professional services that will help existing and new customers meet the challenges associated with the UK’s recognised increase in package and parcel volume. Your extensive knowledge of intelligent inbound and outbound parcel solutions will allow you to extend our customers’ take-up of our end-to-end solution range, including mail-screening/scanning, Track Inside and Packcity Parcel Lockers. With an eye on the bottom line and a keen focus on targets, you’ll build a pipeline by prospecting, networking and expanding existing relationships, whilst differentiating Neopost from the other players in the field.
Focused and driven, you’ll have a proven track record of success in delivering hardware, software and ongoing services to a variety of sectors, including multi-site organisations. Both of these roles cover a large geographic area; you’ll be skilled at strategically planning your activity so as to maximise customer-facing time and minimise travel. Your solid grounding in workplace IT terminology will be backed by a sound ability to use CRM to plan, track and report on sales activity, pipeline and forecasting. You’ll also have first-rate communication and presentation skills and be comfortable using applications such as PowerPoint and/or Showpad.
