As Finance Business Partner, you will provide Directors and budget holders with the financial and non-financial information, interpretation and analysis they need to make well-informed decisions. You will also conduct monthly reviews with key stakeholders and provide them with advice, guidance and recommendations as required. Credible, proactive and analytical, your evaluation of revenue trends and associated data will enable you to offer advice, investigate variances, and query anomalies or areas of concern.
As a qualified Accountant or finalist (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), your finance skills will be finely honed, and you will bring a strong record in business partnering and a proven ability to analyse and interpret information. Well-developed interpersonal skills are vital, as you’ll be working within a team and required to escalate issues where necessary. Your expertise in Excel will be matched by the first-rate communication and presentation skills required for the creation and dissemination of high-quality management accounts and reporting. Self-motivated and pro-active, you will also boast a flexible approach to problem solving.
