To drive us on to even greater success, we are now seeking an experienced Strategy and Development Manager to lead our strategic and corporate development and deliver annual 3-year planning activities. To ensure we remain at the cutting-edge of our industry, you will also develop, implement and manage an ongoing innovation review process for the Business Unit and deliver ad-hoc strategic projects, analyses and recommendations for senior management. Analytical and strategic, you will bring strong business modelling skills plus broad experience of standard analysis and implementation tools and concepts (value chain, 5 forces, core competence, SWOT, balanced scorecard, etc). Your degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Mathematics or Statistics, will be backed by a strong track record of success in B2B markets with a focus on product portfolio analysis, distribution, go-to-market and competitive analysis. You will also be persuasive, innovative and entrepreneurial, with the technical competence and drive to make projects happen. The role will involve some travel: France once a month or twice per quarter, and USA once or twice per year.
