Our new Key Account Manager will strategically nurture and develop a set number of existing and prospect accounts based in East Anglia (including Norfolk, Suffolk and North Essex). You will actively seek opportunities to supply a full portfolio of products and solutions from the Neopost UK Ltd (NUK) suite and provide substantive pre- and post-sales support to customers. Using the Neopost CRM, you will manage your accounts through the full sales lifecycle, ensuring that targets are met and quality is maintained. Forward-planning skills are essential as you will also be preparing regular sales forecasts and presenting an annual business plan that includes KPI management and target account activities.
Success at this level demands an impressive background in solutions-based selling and B2B transactional sales. You will also bring strong pipeline management skills and the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term gains. A strategic thinker with the ability to quickly understand your clients’ business needs, you will be adept at offering both immediate and long-term solutions to your clients. This is a dynamic environment and our product range is constantly evolving, so you must be driven, determined and comfortable delivering at pace. Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills are essential, along with a willingness to grow your skills and knowledge as you develop in your role.
