You will be an important point of contact for our factories, Dealers and the Export team. As part of the Sales Administration team, you will ensure that all Dealer orders are handled effectively and that customer queries are resolved. You will also issue invoices and credit notes where needed, as well as making sure that systems are updated and information about orders and customers is accurate.
It’s a role where attention to detail and good organisational skills are vital. You must already have experience in a customer-facing administration role, where you’ve proven your communication skills. Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to keep learning and improving are important too. Ideally, you will also have some experience of using SAP.
Please note we will be moving to our new offices in Stratford soon. If you join us before November, you will work in Romford for a short period, prior to the move.
