There is huge opportunity here to make an important contribution. You will develop and deliver training content and coaching to all new and existing members of our Inside Sales teams. Embedding a clear sales methodology, you will identify areas for improvement and drive high performance across forecasting, preparation, call delivery, social selling, negotiating and closing. You will build effective training materials, develop training curriculum and establish programs specifically for new hire orientations, product training and other specialist areas.
As this is a hands-on role, significant experience in a sales trainer role is essential. The successful candidate will be office based and required to be on the sales floor. You must be an exceptional presenter, communicator and coach, with a proven track record of developing Inside Sales teams. You will be able to work autonomously, provide leadership and deliver information using a wide range of engaging instructional techniques, from simulations through to team exercises, videos and lectures. The ability to build strong relationships, across functions and at all levels of the organisation, is essential.
