This is a really important role in our organisation – supporting the efficient processing and recording of orders, which ensures that our customers receive the right product at the right time, and supports the efficient operation of our business. You’ll create orders on our CRM and ERP systems, which could relate to the purchase of equipment, software or services. And you’ll ensure a speedy and responsive approach when orders need to be amended or cancelled.
It’s a role where attention to detail and accuracy are very important and your work will have a real impact on customer satisfaction. Getting it right the first time will also ensure that we operate more efficiently, helping to reduce costs and contribute to our revenue targets. You should already have experience of processing orders in a business-to-business setting, and be confident inputting data into different systems. A track record of delivering excellent customer service in your career to date will identify you as a strong candidate.
